Jeannie Cisneros brings more than 30 years of diverse marketing, management and operations experience from the engineering/construction industry, public sector (State of Texas), a non-profit organization, and her own market research business. She is an industry-recognized principal with established, long-term client relationships in Texas and across the country through participation in the US Conference of Mayors, National League of Cities, the National Association of Latino Elected Officials, and Texas Water and Municipal League.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Management and Marketing, and completed courses at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in Executive Leadership Training & Development. Jeannie is fluent in English and Spanish.
